Developed by RESNET, the Home Energy Rating System (HERS) is a nationally recognized system for inspecting and scoring a home’s energy performance. The lower the number, the more energy efficient the home. TopBuild Home Services employs Certified HERS Raters and Residential Field Inspectors (RFIs) to help builders determine insulation design, testing, and confirmation of achievement of HERS score targets.
